PARCEL DELIVERY TIME
The delivery of the products from the website LOULALA.GR shall be made within 3-5 working days from the date of order in Greece. Delivery times may be increased in the case of public holidays. Couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.
For orders made by means of a bank transfer, the delivery time shall start to count from confirmation of payment.

FAILURE TO DELIVER
If the order cannot be delivered, the driver will leave a note explaining how the order will be received.
